How do I relist my property on BedandBreakfast.com and Expedia?
BedandBreakfast.com switched all listings to Expedia's Partner Services platform. Click Here to sign-up and get more information.

Why does BedandBreakfast.com need my Tax ID?
As part of BedandBreakfast.com’s efforts to comply with IRS requirements, we must obtain Tax ID Numbers (either your 9-digit Employer Identification Numbers for businesses, or Social Security Numbers for individuals) for all customers participating in our online reservations or gift card programs.

For additional information, you can read more on the IRS website by clicking here. Participating in our online reservations or gift card programs qualifies as a “Payment Card and Third Party Network Transactions” as described under the "Payments Subject to Backup Withholding" section.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring future payments to you from BedandBreakfast.com are compliant with the current IRS requirements.

Will I get a 1099 form?
A 1099K will be generated if you have received ANY payment from a Gift Card redemption.
A separate 1099k will be generated if you have received 200+ bookings AND at least $20,000.00 in gross income from those bookings.
If you would like more information, please refer to the IRS website by clicking here.

Why are you stopping payment instead of withholding?
As a business, we must be compliant with IRS regulations by the end of 2014. If we withhold the tax, it would only be recoverable by you through the IRS (not through BedandBreakfast.com).

I gave you my Tax ID already.
If you have already provided this information and you have received an email from us, this means that the number you have entered is not valid. In most cases, the number you provided is either too short or too long. Please re-enter your Tax ID number, making sure that is it the correct number of digits.

I gave you my Tax ID -- when will the hold be released for my payments?
Payments are released 3-5 business days after we receive a valid Tax ID.
